The two will work together to expand their software reach to include the US market.

Gift & Go has signed a partnership extension agreement with Light & Wonder. The three-year deal will focus on reaching into US markets with Gift & Go’s technology software.

Through an ongoing partnership, both companies have worked to create Player Boutique, a platform that is currently in use by more than 70 casino sites throughout the US. Player Boutique was designed to “drive a unique player reward and loyalty experience for operators.”

Light & Wonder Director of Consulting & Gifting Services, Bill Bachman, said that its collaboration with Gift & Go has been a strength to the company and described the working relationship as a “seamless integration.”

He commented: “The seamless integration between casino technology and Amazon fulfillment is one of our biggest strengths, and we couldn’t do that without Gift & Go.

“They help us execute that flawless process and together we deliver on that unique gifting experience, along with the best customer support ever seen in the industry.”

Through Player Boutique, players can redeem rewards and earn points they can use for gifts of their choice. The platform allows casinos to enhance fan engagement and make special offers available to their users.

Gift & Go Co-Founder Jon Reuben said: “Player Boutique has had incredible market penetration across the US and our collaboration with Light and Wonder has transformed the way land-based casinos reward their players.

“We’re so excited to build on our partnership, using Gift & Go’s unique technology to deliver a truly unique gifting-on-demand experience.”
