Angelica Limcaco has accused Wynn of threating her into silence.

Founder of Wynn Resorts, Steve Wynn, has a trial date set for 6 December 2022 in California, as part of a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) case for allegedly intimidating Limcaco.

Limcaco has accused Wynn of threatening her into silence after he supposedly raped one of her salon employees in 2005.

Wynn has a past littered with sexual abuse allegations; the Wall Street Journal even claimed he had a “decades-long pattern of sexual misconduct” with members of his female workforce.

In recent times, Wynn has also faced legal action from massage therapist Brenna Schrader, who claims Wynn Resorts continues to create a hostile environment following allegations that Wyn forced her to act as an on-call sexual servant.

Furthermore, a legal partner at Weinberg Gonser Frost LLP – Jordan Matthews – explained how Wynn supposedly used influence from China to lobby Donald Trump on its behalf. The prosecution claimed Wynn should be registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Wynn has a history of operating business in China through his resort Wynn Macau. However, he defeated this lawsuit after US District Judge James Boasberg ruled that he could not proceed with the trial as the alleged relationship between Wynn and China ended in 2017, five years ago.

The company Wynn once led, Wynn Resorts has recently announced plans to build a casino resort in the Hudson Yard complex of Manhattan.

The western rail yard, a 28-acre plot in New York City, is a piece of real estate hotly contested in the Big Apple, as the race to put a casino resort on the island of Manhattan started to intensify.
