Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant chain, Ramsay’s Kitchen, has opened a new location at Harrah’s Las Vegas. This marks the sixth restaurant spot in Vegas tied to the chef and television personality, in connection with Caesars Entertainment.
Ramsay’s Kitchen is inspired by the chef’s international travels and features well-known dishes from various parts of the world. Dining guests can choose between a variety of menu items, including Tuna Tartare, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Pan Seared Scallops, Beef Wellington, Crispy Salmon, Beef Carpaccio and Onion Soup.
Harrah’s Las Vegas SVP and General Manager Dan Walsh described the restaurant’s debut as a high-water mark in the casino’s history.
He commented: "Ramsay's Kitchen marks one of the biggest openings in Harrah's history. Not only are we excited to offer an incredible dining experience to our guests for lunch and dinner, but Ramsay's Kitchen is also a great, convenient option for those attending meetings and events at Caesars Forum Conference Center."
Ramsay noted the chain was one of his “newer restaurant concepts” and expressed his excitement about introducing it to fans on the West Coast.
He said: "I can't wait to introduce one of my newer restaurant concepts and the first of its kind on the West Coast to Harrah's guests.
"The menu features some of my favorite dishes I've created at home in my own kitchen, but with that special Vegas flair."
A grand opening celebration kicked off the restaurant’s debut. Chef Ramsay took time to welcome guests via a video message. Notable attendees included Hell’s Kitchen season 10 winner Chef Christina Wilson, along with several Caesars executives.
