MGM Resorts International will reopen three more of its properties on the Las Vegas Strip on Wednesday 1 July. Aria will open at 10am. Pacific Time, while Mandalay Bay and Four Seasons Las Vegas will open at 11am.
Like other resorts and casinos that reopened after months of closure to slow the spread of COVID-19, these three properties will follow the health and safety protocols MGM implemented with the guidance of government officials and regulators, as well as medical experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
MGM refers to these health and safety protocols as its “Seven-Point Safety Plan.” It covers employee screening, mask and facial coverings that are now mandatory for all MGM properties and all Nevada public spaces, physical distancing, enhanced cleaning and sanitization, optimal air quality, incident response protocols, and digital innovations that limit person to person contact.
The leadership at MGM Resorts understands that it will take time for things to return to normal, if they ever do. MGM expects to deliver the accustomed MGM service and experience while placing the utmost importance on the health and safety of employees and guests.
