Kevin Garnett’s Gaming Society has partnered with the American Gaming Association (AGA) and endorsed its Have A Plan. Bet Responsibly initiative.

The initiative is a public service campaign that attempts to join together organizations across the gaming and sports industries, highlighting the importance of responsible sports wagering.

What’s more, the Gaming Society has released a public service announcement (PSA) featuring its co-founder and NBA Hall-of-Famer Kevin Garnett.

Gaming Society uses storytelling to drive gaming behavior trends and creates products that aim to highlight the fun and social benefits of sports betting.

Garnett’s platform says its mission is to make the sports betting industry more accessible and inclusive by prioritizing betting education for underserved audiences.

The Have a Plan. Bet Responsibly initiative will be displayed on Gaming Society’s content, features, newsletters, social channels and gaming platforms. It will also offer tools and resources on its website to promote the campaign.

AGA VP of Strategic Communications & Responsibility Cait DeBaun said: “Gaming Society understands that player education is core to the future growth of legal sports betting.

“We’re excited to welcome them as a Have A Game Plan partner and authentically spread responsible gaming messages to new and experienced players alike.”

Garnett added: “At Gaming Society, our mission is to make sports betting more accessible, responsible, and easier to understand. As sports betting continues to grow, the need to promote responsible betting is more important than ever.

“We are excited to join the AGA’s Have a Game Plan initiative and provide education for every type of bettor, whether they are first-timers or experienced.”
