The location joins sister properties Casino Queen Marquette and DraftKings at Casino Queen.

The Queen Casino & Entertainment has announced that it will expand Konami's casino management system (CMS), SYNKROS, to a third property.

The Belle of Baton Rouge in Louisiana will become the third property that uses SYNKROS, joining the Casino Queen Marquette and DraftKings at Casino Queen.

Not long ago, the Belle of Baton Rouge received approval from the Louisiana Gaming Control Board for a $35m expansion project, moving the gambling floor to land and adding several amenities.

The expansion project includes the addition of a sportsbook, sports bar, café, oyster bar, cruise line dock access and hotel renovation.

The Queen Casino & Entertainment President and CEO Terry Downey commented: "As we seek to maximize the entertainment value and achievement potential of every destination in our portfolio, SYNKROS has the advanced tools, robust integrations and ultra-high reliability to help turn our goals into reality.

"We anticipate having great success in the install for Belle of Baton Rouge, as we’ve had at both DraftKings at Casino Queen and Casino Queen Marquette."

The launch of SYNKROS will provide patrons with loyalty rewards such as random drawings, tournament opportunities and floor-wide progressive bonuses. Guests can also earn rewards for non-gaming loyalty activities.

Konami Gaming EVP and COO Tom Jingoli said: "The Queen Casino & Entertainment is moving with a high degree of speed and strategy to bring the company’s multi-site portfolio to the best position for long-term success.

"Konami is excited to expand SYNKROS to the historic Belle of Baton Rouge and support both the immediate needs and exciting future of the popular riverfront destination."

The Belle of Baton Rouge first opened in 1994 as Louisiana's first casino.
