Christopher Justice, President at Global Payments Gaming Solutions, envisions a world where money moves smoothly between accounts.

What are you looking forward to exhibiting at G2E this year?

We are excited to demonstrate our innovative products. For starters, we are excited to show off our industry-standard e-check network, VIP Preferred®. VIP Preferred allows patrons to link their checking accounts directly to their wagering account. It connects patrons to more than 400 in-person and online gaming institutions.

We are also excited to exhibit our mobile-first solution, VIP Mobility™. VIP Mobility is the industry’s first mobile solution enabling true cashless gaming, enabling patrons to fund their favorite games through their mobile device. VIP Mobility utilizes the VIP Preferred e-check network to create a seamless payments experience. With VIP Mobility, patrons can fund their slot and table games, as well as bars, restaurants and other resort amenities.

VIP Financial Center™ is Global Payments’ comprehensive self-service solution, which allows patrons to access

the services they need quickly and easily without waiting in line at the cage. VIP Financial Center features a robust array of services including self-service TITO ticket redemption, bill breaking, VIP Preferred e-check, ATM and cash advance capabilities.

What R&D has gone into the development of your products?

Global Payments is able to draw on expertise, research and development from other parts of its financial business to create best-in-class products and services. All our products go through a rigorous R&D process that ensures our solutions are top-of-the-line quality. We have spent years perfecting our products like VIP Preferred and VIP Mobility.

What do you hope to get out of events such as G2E?

Industry events like G2E are an excellent opportunity for us to share our solutions. G2E, the nation’s largest gaming industry gathering, is a particularly important event for us. We are looking forward to showing off our products on the gaming industry’s largest stage.

What is GPGS looking to achieve in the next year?

At Global Payments, we are never satisfied with our current products or successes. We are constantly innovating and creating new ways to improve the customer experience. In the coming year, we will continue to adapt our solutions to better enhance the gaming experience.
