Attainment of this license will allow the company to offer its sports wagering services.

FSB, the sports gaming and iGaming provider, has announced that it has received approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board, allowing the company to offer its sports wagering services.

The license received is a manufacturer and Information Service Provider license, allowing the company to begin pursuing clients in Nevada.

FSB Chief Executive Officer Dave McDowell commented: "Receiving our license in this crucial, critical jurisdiction clearly captures the momentum we’re experiencing as a business at this moment.

"We aspire to be part of the long-term sports betting story in Nevada and look forward to embracing this market opportunity and, in the long term, aspiring to disrupt the North America region generally with our Tier 1 tech stack."

Not long ago, the company received approval to operate in South Dakota and is expected to be live by the end of the month. Now, the group has added another US state to its areas of operation.

FSB Chief Revenue Officer Ian Freeman added: "This is a hugely satisfying moment for us all at FSB. Securing a license in Nevada was a central pillar of our long-term strategic plan for the North American region.

"This milestone moment represents a significant step forward towards realizing our commercial goals and communicates a clear message that FSB is stepping into the No.1 global challenger brand slot in B2B sports betting."

Just weeks before FSB received approval to operate in South Dakota, the group revealed that it had received regulatory approval to operate in Ontario, Canada.

In regard to the South Dakota approval, McDowell added: "This exciting news is another strong step forward for FSB in North America and continues the rapid momentum we’ve enjoyed in the region in 2022."
