Vectra AI, an AI-driving cyber threat detection company, has announced that it will participate in this year’s Fal.Con 2022 at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The casino resort will host the conference from September 19 through September 22.
Fal.Con is CrowdStrike’s annual technology conference. This year, Vectra will give a presentation to “showcase how organizations can utilize a seamless integration between CrowdStrike and the Vectra threat detection and response platform to erase the unknowns that are caused by expanding attack surfaces, evasive and evolving attacker methods and overwhelming alert noise.”
Vectra Director of Cloud and Technology Alliances Sachin Saranathan emphasized the importance of understanding security threats and implementing systems that will aid teams in identifying attacks quickly.
Saranathan said: "Knowing what threats are critical and require attention can be a difficult task when security teams are constantly overwhelmed with alert noise and evolving attacker methods.
"The integration with the industry-leading CrowdStrike Falcon platform ensures that joint customers have threat signals correlated in existing workflows – providing efficient detection capabilities across each attack surface."
Aria Resort & Casino recently hosted the BetMGM Poker Championship, created by MGM Resorts International’s sport betting and iGaming operator, BetMGM. An estimated 300 poker players competed in the no limit hold ‘em live tournament. The event had a $3,500 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of $1m.
The event coincided with the 2022 Aria Poker Classic and is running against Caesars Entertainment’s World Series of Poker.
BetMGM Poker awarded US players from each live poker market prize packages that included travel expenses, a buy-in for the BetMGM Poker Championship and a five-night stay at Aria.
