It can now offer its product portfolio to licensed operators in Canada.

Fans of Playson, a digital slots provider, will begin seeing the company's products offered by licensed operators in Canada.

After receiving an online gaming license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), Playson can begin offering its product portfolio to various operators in the area.

Titles such as Buffalo Power: Hold and Win, Legend of Cleopatra Megaways and Royal Coins: Hold and Win are the initial titles being offered. Playson is expected to increase the available products with a consistent flow of new releases.

Entry into the Ontario market will also allow operators to integrate Playson’s promotional offering into their platforms.

Playson Chief Commercial Officer Tamas Kusztos commented: "We’re thrilled to have entered the iGaming market in Ontario, allowing us to meet our elevated growth plans and expand outside of Europe.

"With a solid company foundation and a team full of passionate individuals, we have the ability to enter newly-regulated jurisdictions across the globe."

Playson General Counsel Andrei Andronic added: "The license was granted after several months of persistent efforts, so it’s a great feeling to have finally obtained this milestone license, one which represents a significant step forward for the company, as Playson embarks on a new journey and enters the burgeoning North American market, we can’t wait to get started."

In early August, the company entered a partnership with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) to provide its catalog of casino games.

Playson Sales Director Blanka Homor said: "The deal will help us to grow even more quickly and meet our ambitious expansion targets in the years to come."

Playson now operates in over 20 regulated markets across continents such as Africa, Europe and Latin America.
