Flexia has announced the launch of its InstaPlay registration and integrated onboarding module. InstaPlay will enable customers to instantly enroll in Flexia’s Cashless Gaming Solution, and its loyalty and other proprietary systems within one single, automated process.
Using a simple scan of a QR code in a retail or online casino, InstaPlay will collect customer data, perform ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) and fraud checks and instantly issue the customer with a Flexia prepaid Mastercard. Flexia then populates casino management systems and loyalty systems with this data to create personalized accounts for them,
InstaPlay may be used as a stand-alone solution or be fully integrated into the casino’s own systems and mobile apps. The module will provide a high-level logistical framework as well as fast speed of enrollment.
Flexia President Scott Walker believes that InstaPlay will propel comprehensive cashless systems within retail casinos. He commented: “We have successfully taken the friction out of the enrollment process and simultaneously coordinated customer enrollment across multiple platforms. The entire process takes only a few minutes.”
On the anti-cheating front, Flexia will also share the results of its KYC and fraud checks with the casinos to help them with their compliance needs.
