Sightline Payments, a payments provider, has announced the promotions of four employees to senior positions. Felicia Gassen, Kathleen Duffy, Rose Zwirn and Katie Kuthe will all be receiving promotions in this move to diversify management at the company.
Gassen will be assuming the role of Chief Administrative Officer, moving up from her role as Chief of Staff. Additionally, she is the former Executive Director of Global Gaming Women, where she managed the executive board of directors, sponsorship, committees and global membership.
Duffy will now serve as the VP of Project Management Office, which will give her a new range of responsibilities in project oversight. Duffy has experience in working with C-level executives and leadership teams to develop IT strategy, road maps, program implementation maps and enterprise architectures.
Meanwhile, Zwirn will now act as SVP for Business Development, upgrading her role as a Vice President in Partner Management. Previously, Zwirn worked as a Manager and Product Manager for Sightline, so has a great deal of experience in personnel management skills.
Finally, Kuthe has been promoted to the VP of Client Solutions Delivery, a natural progression from her prior role as Director of Product Deployment. Kuthe, like Duffy, has a Project Management Course degree which demonstrates her credentials for this new senior role.
In a statement announcing this slew of promotions, Sightline commented: “We are happy to announce the promotion of four tremendously talented professionals at Sightline Payments.
"We strive to have the most energized, enthusiastic and detailed oriented doers of a workforce in the gaming industry – and these four exemplify our ethos, values and beliefs.”
