The Washington State-based tribal casino will be given access to IGT’s PlaySports platform.

IGT has announced a partnership with Nisqually Red Wind Casino with the intention of bolstering its sports betting position in Washington State. Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Nisqually Red Wind Casino will leverage the IGT PlaySports platform and deploy its PlaySports betting kiosks.

Nisqually Red Wind Casino, in Olympia, Washington, will also partner with the IGT trading advisory team for operations advice. Nisqually Red Wind Casino will be the eighth casino in Washington to deliver sports betting using IGT PlaySports technology.

IGT PlaySports is powering sports betting at over 70 gaming establishments across North America, including Reno, Seattle and Austin.

Group President of Sports Betting Joe Asher commented: “In adding a sportsbook to its already impressive casino, Nisqually Red Wind Casino can leverage sports betting as a powerful player acquisition tool and a driver of extended property visitation.

“IGT PlaySports has significant experience powering sportsbooks at tribal casinos throughout the US and we look forward to helping Nisqually Red Wind Casino create a must-visit destination for sports fans in Olympia and the surrounding areas."

Owned by the Nisqually Indian Tribe, the casino is famous for its electronic slot machines, craps, roulette, blackjack, Pai Gow, three card poker, Keno and Speed Keno. The tribe is pleased with this new partnership, believing IGT is the perfect partner to buoy sports betting growth.

Nisqually Red Wind Casino General Manager Conrad Granito commented, “Nisqually Red Wind Casino is excited to offer our guests additional gaming entertainment and elevated fan engagement by introducing an IGT PlaySports-powered sportsbook.

“Given IGT PlaySports' leadership across Washington State and the turnkey nature of their solution, we are confident that we've found the ideal sports betting growth partner."
