Betfred USA enters multi-year sponsorship agreement with the Iowa Wild

The partnership includes marketing opportunities in digital, print, radio and TV.

Betfred USA, a wholly owned US subsidiary of Betfred Group, has announced a sponsorship agreement with the Iowa Wild American Hockey League team. The company recently launched its betting app in the state as well.

Included in the sponsorship agreement are marketing opportunities for Betfred, this includes opportunities in digital, print, radio and TV as well as on gamedays within Wells Fargo Arena.

Betfred Chief Operating Officer Bryan Bennett commented: "We're extremely proud of our partnership with the Iowa Wild and are excited to be part of the expansive American Hockey League community.

"We recently launched our new betting app in Iowa, and we knew this would be an amazing opportunity to continue investing in the state. We look forward to getting started and providing Wild fans an engaging experience for the upcoming season."

The American Hockey League team isn't the only Iowa-based sports team that Betfred has a sponsorship agreement with. Recently the company announced a multi-year agreement with the Iowa Cubs.

In regard to the new sponsorship, Iowa Wild Senior Director of Sales Brent Arnold stated: "We are excited to announce Betfred as our exclusive partner in the Sportsbook category.

"We look forward to the tremendous addition Betfred will bring to our Iowa Wild fan experience."

During the 2022-23 season, Betfred will provide Iowa Wild fans with giveaways including suite sweepstakes, tickets and exclusive merchandise. 

Betfred USA is a Las Vegas-based subsidiary of Betfred Group and was launched in 2019.

The company is a sports betting partner for several professional teams including the Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies and Iowa Cubs.
