Marlon Wayans will take the stage at Rivers Casino Philadelphia’s Event Center to perform a stand-up comedy show on October 7 at 8pm. The actor, comedian, writer and film director is known for his self-deprecating stand-up and his Netflix comedy special Woke-ish, which aired in February 2018.
His comedy shows have generated more than $736m at the domestic box office and more than $1bn worldwide.
Tickets will go on sale starting August 5 at 10am.
Wayans has a long history is a comedian and entertainer, appearing during the 1990s on the sketch comedy show In Living Color. Since then, he has starred in several films, including the comedy film White Chicks with his brother Shawn Wayans, Jamie King and Terry Crews, as well as in the spoof film series Scary Movie.
Wayans has other film credits in The Wayans Bros., Sextuplets and The Heat.
Wayans' latest film project is an untitled Halloween film scheduled to air on Netflix. He is both producing and starring in the film. Wayans is also featured in MGM’s Aretha Franklin biopic, Respect, playing Ted White and starring opposite Jennifer Hudson.

Wayans will share the stage with several notable artists featured in Rivers Casino Philadelphia’s fall line-up. Other celebrity performers slated for this fall include Gloria Gaynor, Jonathan Butler and Gerald Albright, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Jeremy Piven and The Lords of 52nd Street.
