Wynn Las Vegas partners with Swedish House Mafia to open nightclub
The new nightclub ‘Wynn Nightlife’ has a two-year residency deal with the Swedish supergroup.
Wynn Resorts has announced the opening of a new nightclub, named Wynn Nightlife, at the Encore Beach Club at Wynn Las Vegas casino. The nightclub will be located in the Encore Beach Club and XS Nightclub section of the casino hotel and is set to be hosted by music supergroup Swedish House Mafia.
The trio of Swedish DJs, composed of Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello and Axel “Axwell” Hedfors, have signed a two-year contract with Wynn Nightlife, aiming to create a unique nightclub setting.
Encore Beach Club and XS will be upgrading its audio set-up in anticipation of Swedish House Mafia’s residency. It will enhance its audio-visual production to offer guests an immersive and captivating experience. Each venue will feature curated LED displays, customized stage design, pyrotechnics, cryogenics and more.
Wynn Nightlife assistant VP Ryan Jones commented: “This residency is something special and is a testament to Wynn Nightlife’s commitment to offering best-in-class entertainment. We’re excited to partner with Swedish House Mafia and give their fanbase an opportunity to see them perform in a more intimate nightclub setting.”
The multi-platinum and Grammy Award-nominated artists are best known for anthemic hits such as ‘Don’t You Worry Child,’ ‘One,’ and ‘Save The World.’ The trio’s most recent album ‘Paradise Again’ debuted in April 2022 and secured the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic album chart.
Swedish House Mafia star Steve Angello says, “We love going from arenas to clubs, from huge epic raves to intimate club shows and then back into the arena. That balance is really important to us and our fans. We’re happy to bring this balance to Vegas with Wynn.”
Swedish House Mafia’s scheduled dates for 2022 include Saturday, Aug. 20 and Saturday, Sept. 3 at Wynn Nightlife. Show dates for 2023 are yet to be announced.
