The company will partner with Grupo Multimedios in this bid to expand into Latin America.

Rush Street Interactive (RSI), a leading online sports betting company, has opened a RushBet online casino and sportsbook in Monterrey, Mexico. With this expansion into Latin America, the company can tap into what may be a highly lucrative market, with 130 million potential players.

RSI has teamed up with Mexican media conglomerate Grupo Multimedios to bring its services to this new market. All Mexicans over 18 can now wager at RushBet online or via the RushBet mobile app.

The two companies have signed a 25-year agreement which means RSI will be able to operate countrywide in close partnership with Grupo Multimedios, which holds a license to operate online gaming in Mexico. The agreement also allows RSI to utilize Grupos Multimedios’ vast array of media assets and distribution channels.

The online sportsbook will offer Mexican fans the chance to bet on sporting leagues around the world, including top international soccer leagues such as the English Premier League and La Liga. Soccer has long been Mexico’s favorite sport, and RSI sees this as a promising opportunity to attract a plethora of new bettors.

RSI has already established a presence in Latin America, having opened headquarters in Bogota, Colombia in 2017. Its CEO Richard Schwartz says, “We are thrilled to build upon RSI’s track record of success in Latin America to now bring millions of Mexican gaming enthusiasts into the expanding RushBet community.”

Schwartz promises that the Mexican market will receive the same quality in top-end products and services as existing RSI markets across America.

He commented, “At RushBet we always put the player experience first. We focus on earning and retaining player trust, be it through our array of proprietary betting options, fast and easy payouts, or efficient and helpful customer support. That is why we are confident that RushBet will become Mexico’s preferred online casino and sports betting destination.”
