Enteractive has sponsored the Malta-based Phoenix American football team, along with the first American Football Enteractive Bowl. The move is the latest in the company’s strategic plan for further expansion within the US commercial market.
The first Enteractive Bowl will start on June 25, 2022 and will be held at the Charles Abela Stadium in Mosta. Phoenix Malta will play against Bulgarian champions, Sofia Knights. There will be both a half-time and end-game show.
The company’s USA Team Leader Maurice Hancock and three other employees across the group’s call agents teams make up part of the Phoenix American football team.
Enteractive CEO and Founder Mikael Hansson commented: “As big fans of American sports, Enteractive is proud to sponsor the event and the team. The US is such an important market for us, and we’re looking forward to opening our first Enteractive USA office in Miami later in 2022.
“Our new US reactivation team is up and running at our Malta HQ, and we’ll have boots on the ground in the States by the end of the year, looking after the retention needs of the many operators speculating on success as the gold rush continues!”
Enteractive provides loyalty and engagement services for the online gambling industry and contacts players on behalf of sports betting brands.
Phoenix Malta AFT Head Coach Domenico Barbuzza said: “It’s great to have Enteractive as our main sponsors. They are committed to supporting the growth of this new sporting vertical for Malta, which we expect to be immensely popular with local Maltese sports fans.”
Enteractive recently concluded a study conducted through The Harris Poll that surveyed more than 2,000 Americans who are 18 and older. The survey focused primarily on American attitudes toward customer service relationships as European CRM experts have entered the market, but the study also addressed general feelings toward online gambling.
The data collected and the results of the survey reflected a lack of CRM focus within the United States, particularly in the entertainment and technology fields.
