Both have decades of experience in their respective fields.

Rush Street Gaming has appointed Bill Keena and Marc Arndt as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer respectively.

Keena is a 35-year casino industry veteran, and Arndt is a 24-year finance executive.

Rush Street Gaming CEO Tim Drehkoff commented: “Bill Keena and Marc Arndt have been part of the Rush Street family for over a decade.

“Their unique combination of institutional history, operational expertise and financial acumen made them the ideal choices for COO and CFO. We’re delighted they’ve accepted these exciting new roles.”

Keena graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and began his gaming industry career in 1988. He worked for Harrah’s finance department and eventually served as the General Manager of Harrah’s Laughlin, Nevada and Harrah’s St. Louis, Missouri.

He was later promoted to Harrah’s Regional President and oversaw operations for its four full-services casinos, located in Missouri and Iowa.

Keena joined Rush Street Gaming in 2011 not long after it opened Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois. He served as the casino’s General Manager.

Keena commented about his new position: “Rush Street Gaming has been exemplary in developing a positive team member culture, strong community engagements and superior guest experiences. I’m looking forward to working alongside our tremendously talented and dedicated teams to continue their great momentum.”

Arndt graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

He brings decades of extensive experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy to his new position. He was the CFO of Bethesda Home before teaming up with Rush Street Gaming.

He also served as a director with Bridge Finance Group, where he focused on closing, structuring and managing preferred equity, senior secured and mezzanine debt.

Arndt said regarding his promotion: “I’m excited about Rush Street’s tremendous growth over the past decade and proud of the team’s many accomplishments.

“We have strong and thoughtful leadership across the entire enterprise. I’m looking forward to continued collaboration and even more great things ahead.”

Rush Street Gaming owns and operates casinos in Mississippi, Illinois and New York. Its Fallsview Casino Resort in Ontario, Canada, opened in 2004.

Construction plans for its newest casino in Portsmouth, Virginia, are currently underway.
