The company will deliver its Onpage AI technology under the terms of a multi-year agreement.

Symplify has signed a four-year agreement to partner with PlayStar, a US-based iGaming operator. The company will support PlayStar by delivering its new Onpage AI technology, which will enhance PlayStar’s iGaming platform.

PlayStar believes Symplify’s service will integrate well into the company’s communication, retention and conversion strategies. The company will utilize Symplify’s Campaign and Journey builder to facilitate expansion within the regulated US market.

Players will have access to personalized gaming opportunities that are based on machine learning. They will also benefit from a safer gambling atmosphere through Symplify’s AI solution.

The company’s AI technology is designed to encourage responsible gambling by monitoring player behavior and identifying potential abusers.

Symplify is a SaaS company that is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The company also has offices in Malta, Italy, Spain, Denmark, the United States, Hong Kong and Canada. In addition to Playstar, its list of iGaming partners include William Hill, LeoVegas, Betsson, Mr.Green and MegaRush.

PlayStar is in a position to leverage our intuitive software, with their industry know-how to drive growth following its launch within the red-hot US iGaming market.”

PlayStar is an online casino brand. The company is set to launch in New Jersey during the second quarter of 2022. Additional state launches are due to follow once New Jersey goes live.

PlayStar CMO Jon Bowden commented: “PlayStar’s success will be down to truly understanding behavioral patterns to ensure we deliver top class entertainment. Working with Symplify will allow us to engage with our players and ensure they receive a personalized, fun and safe gaming experience.”
