The International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) on Wednesday announced the election of Sheila Morago, Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association; Stephen Martino, MGM Resorts International, and Alex Dixon, Q Casino, to its governing board.
Morago is the Executive Director for the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association. Previously, she served as Executive Director for the Arizona Indian Gaming Association from 2004 to 2011.
Morago was Director of Public Relations for the National Indian Gaming Association from 2001 to 2004.
As Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of MGM Resorts International, Martino directs the company’s compliance with federal and state laws, as well as regulations governing gaming activity, financial transactions, anti-money laundering policy, surveillance and responsible gaming programming.
Martino has oversight of MGM Resorts properties in Las Vegas and throughout the United States.
Dixon is the Chief Executive Officer of the non-profit Q Casino in Dubuque, Iowa. Previously, he worked at MGM Resorts International, Caesars Entertainment and Goldman Sachs.
In 2019, Dixon was brought in as President and COO to shepherd the $825m sale of Circus Circus Hotel & Resort, the 11th largest hotel in North America.

Founded in 1996 as a separate 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the ICRG says its mission is to help individuals and families affected by gambling disorder by supporting the finest peer-reviewed, scientific research into gambling disorder; encouraging the application of new research findings to improve prevention, diagnostic, intervention and treatment strategies; and advancing public education about gambling disorder and responsible gaming.
