GAN, Genius Sports ready earnings releases

Two companies operating in the sports betting space have unveiled plans to report their quarterly earnings and host conference calls over the next two weeks.

Genius Sports said it will release its first quarter 2022 results before 8 am EDT on Thursday, May 12.

At 8 am EDT on the same day, Genius Sports will host a conference call to discuss the results.

Officials said Genius Sports’ earnings press release and related materials will be available on the investor relations page on its website.

The company's IR page also will give access for those who wish to listen to the live audio webcast and Q&A. A replay of the webcast will be available on the website within 24 hours after the call.

Genius Sports describes itself as the official data, technology and broadcast partner that powers the global ecosystem connecting sports, betting and media. Its technology is used in more than 150 countries worldwide.

Genius Sports is partnered with more than 400 sports organizations, including many of the world’s largest leagues and federations such as the NFL, EPL, FIBA, NCAA, NASCAR, AFA and Liga MX.

GAN’s results call

GAN Limited, a North American B2B technology provider of real money internet gaming solutions and an International B2C operator of internet sports betting, said it will release financial results for the first quarter ending March 31, after market close on Monday, May 16.

The company added it will host a conference call to discuss Q1 financial results at 4:30 pm EDT that same day.

GAN is a business-to-business supplier of internet gaming software-as-a-service solutions predominantly to the US land-based casino industry. Coolbet, a division of GAN, is an operator of proprietary online sports betting technology with positions in select European and Latin American markets.
