Global sportsbook provider Kambi will hold its Festival of Sportsbook from May 23 to May 27, 2022. The company has released its full itinerary for the event.
Several Kambi executives are listed on this year’s agenda.
Kambi CEO Kristian Nylén and CCO Cecilia Wachtmeister will deliver a keynote speech on May 23. They will welcome guests and give attendees an outline for the remaining events during the week.
There will be three events the following day. Abios CEO and Co-Founder Oskar Fröberg will start the second day with a talk about esports. He will primarily focus on how the industry is just starting to discover the possibilities in the realm of esports betting.
Kambi COO Erik Lögdberg will also discuss how the company’s technology and services are evolving in order to meet growing demands from operators who seek differentiation capabilities and more control.
Kambi Sales Manager Juan Barrachina and Business Development Manager Carlos Pérez Turrado will discuss what it means to be a Kambi partner during a Spanish presentation.
Kambi SVP Product Compliance Oliver Lamb will speak on May 25. He will talk about the “potentially choppy regulatory waters” of regulatory compliance worldwide and explain how the company navigates through them.
May 26 will be a full day with three more events. The first will highlight the topic of sports betting integrity. Kambi Product Strategy Lead David MacTavish will give the speech “Bettors at heart - the in-event combinations success story.”
Kambi Senior Partner Manager Ignacio Jimenez Iglesia and Kambi Head of pre-match football for Spain & Mexico Hugo Nombela will give a Spanish presentation to discuss “The road to the World Cup and beyond.”
Two events on May 27 will conclude the festival. Attendees have a chance to revisit the topic, “The road to the World Cup and beyond.” Kambi Head of Soccer Jonathon Hurst will speak about the trends to watch for in the World Cup’s first-ever winter event, which will be held later this year in Qatar.
In the second event, Kambi Head of Insights David Warder will examine the company’s sportsbook data from a sports bettor’s point of view.
Kambi Group is an independent provider of sports betting and technology services. The company entered a multi-year sportsbook partnership with MaximBet in January and signed a long-term agreement with Canadian operator NorthStar Gaming in February.
