VizExplorer’s player development solution selected by Palms Casino Resort

The much-anticipated Casino Resort is set to open its doors on April 27, 2022.

Ahead of its grand opening next week, the Palms Casino Resort has selected VizExplorer’s player Development Solution to provide the CRM tools required to operate a modern casino. 

The top brass at the Palms hope that the hostVizOps platform will streamline the operators development of and communication with valuable customers. 

“When evaluating tools for our player development team, hostVizOps quickly became the clear choice for us," said Greg Shulman, Vice President of Casino Marketing at the Palms.

 "We look forward to our host team at Palms leveraging this tool and seeing the benefits of partnering with VizExplorer."

With the reopening of this legendary venue fast approaching, excitement is growing among those involved. The casino will be owned and operated by The San Manuel Gaming Hospitality Authority (SMGHA) an affiliate of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians.

April 27, 2022, is another milestone date for Palms, for Las Vegas and the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority.
