The company hopes the sale will be a springboard for further US growth.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY has completed its deal to purchase Midwest Game Supply Inc. (MWGS). The UK-based company has now received all regulatory approvals needed since the deal to acquire MWGS began last November.

The MWGS facility in Kearney, Missouri will continue its normal operations now that it has become fully integrated with TCSJOHNHUXLEY.

MWGS is known for its global distribution of dice, along with other product lines that include layouts and accessories. It was first established in 1945 and is based out of Kearney, Missouri.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY Executive Chairman Tristan Sjöberg said: “We are delighted to conclude the acquisition of Midwest Game Supply and are looking forward to continue the strong legacy Linda and Charles Sohm have established, working with their children and the excellent team in Missouri.”

The two companies have had a long history of working together. Sjöberg decided to step in and work to further expand MGSG after its owners Linda and Charles Sohm retired.

“Linda and Charles have established a strong company that is committed to excellence and admired by many,” Sjöberg said. “As a family-run business ourselves, we understand the importance of these values and, therefore, fully intend to uphold their legacy by continuing to run the business in the same spirit that they are well known for.”

He went on to add that he hopes this deal will create additional opportunities for further expansion into the US.

We believe the acquisition of these assets will build on the strong foundations established by both companies and will position TCSJOHNHUXLEY to provide unrivaled casino floor turnkey solutions to our customers across the Americas,” Sjöberg said. “This new chapter will see us expand our footprint in the US and beyond, providing our customers with unrivalled solutions and service support.”
