The sportsbook now leads the industry in number of betting options for tournament.

As the March Madness NCAA Division I Basketball Tournament commences, PointsBet has debuted three products specifically designed for college basketball betting. The new features are live betting options and give PointsBet customers the highest number of options for betting during games.

The new products are part of the company’s OddsFactory proprietary technology integration. With it comes the expansion of in-game betting as well as pre-game parlay betting. Additionally, with the OddsFactory technology there will be an increase in options for Lightning Bets – allowing NCAA fans the ability to bet more on real-time micro-markets – and the ability to utilize a feature unique to PointsBet, Live Same Game Parlay

Among the options available to those using the Lightning Bet feature are the ability to wager on which team will score next, betting in the next minute and betting in the next four minutes.

Due to local legal limitations, not all features will be available in every state. Lightning Bets will not be available in New York or Virginia; in Illinois, one will not be permitted to bet on state colleges within the Land of Lincoln; finally, OddsFactory will not be available in Iowa.

Comments from PointsBet underscore that the number of offerings PointsBet now has on NCAA basketball exceeds that of any other sportsbook.

PointsBet USA Chief Marketing Officer Kyle Christensen went on to note that, “PointsBet has become the home of live betting and there is no other sportsbook that can approach the number of live, in-game betting markets we are offering.

“Our NFL and NBA engagement has been outstanding. We expect the same experience and increased adoption as fans tune into the excitement of March Madness.”
