FanDuel Group on Thursday announced the launch of its sportsbook in the state of Wyoming.
Beginning at 7 am MST, sports fans in the Cowboy State will be able to download the FanDuel Sportsbook app for iOS and Android, or play via desktop.
The operator said in a statement its sportsbook will bring the online sports betting experience to the passionate sports fans of Wyoming, who will be able to place wagers across the state on professional and college football, basketball, baseball, hockey, golf, MMA, boxing, soccer and tennis, with a variety of betting and payment options available.
Wyoming becomes the 15th state in which the FanDuel Sportsbook will be available, following Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
The company said the FanDuel Sportsbook app includes a number of key features, including a new way to parlay. The operator says it is the only US sportsbook with Same Game Parlay Plus, which allows players to combine Same Game Parlay bets from one game with bets from other games.
FanDuel says it was the first US sportsbook to offer live streaming of sporting events inside a betting app, the first to provide Bad Beat Relief, the first to give early payouts for championship teams, and the originator of the crowdsourced Spread the Love promotion.
The FanDuel Sportsbook also has an online betting guide to help customers learn the ins and outs of legal sports betting.
Responsible gaming tools are available in the app, including: deposit limits within a given time period, wager limits within a given time period, maximum wager size limits, max daily number of hours on FanDuel apps, Time Out to take a break from betting, and Self-Exclusion, if players decide to stop gaming on all FanDuel Sites. FanDuel customers who self-exclude are offered a free Gamban subscription, which proactively blocks users from easily accessing thousands of gambling sites on up to 15 personal devices.
