The new technology will allow for optimization of slot operations.

VizExplorer, which provides intelligence solutions and operations systems for casinos, is expanding its customer base after an agreement was signed with Little Creek Casino Resort.

As a result of the agreement, VizExplorer will be providing its slot floor solution, known as floorVizOps, as well as its VizOnDemand Slot solutions, Slot Recommendation Engine and Slot Reports.

The new systems will allow the casino to obtain detailed data and analysis on the performance of its players.

Among the abilities that Little Creek will now have a result of the new VizOnDemand technology is the ability to offer players automated game change recommendations. This allows for an incremental increase in slot revenue. There will also be provided a near-immediate, detailed analysis of slot performance.

With the floorVizOps technology, the casino will be able to probe the extensive data in a manner that allows it to optimize its offerings.

VizExplorer CEO David Patent spoke to this optimization in comments: “We are excited to partner with Little Creek Resort Casino to deliver floorVizOps and our new VizOnDemand Slot Solutions.

“With the full complement of our slot analysis tools Little Creek will be able to generate significant value immediately as well as leverage deeper analytics for longer-term benefit.”

Little Creek COO Steven Griffiths also commented, striking a sanguine tone at the prospects of the new technology offering: “The ability to capture and review large sets of data is crucial in helping management make good sound slot decisions. Incorporating VizExplorer into that decision making process is going to elevate everyone’s game.”

Little Creek Casino Resort is operated by the Squaxin Tribe in Washington State, not 15 minutes from the capital of Olympia and just an hour from the Seatle/Tacoma metro area.
