His role will include the development and expansion of the company’s North American businesses.

Zitro has appointed Derik Mooberry as the new CEO of Zitro USA. This move aims to reinforce the company's structure, expanding its presence in the US and Canadian markets. He will be responsible for overseeing the development of Zitro’s US and Canada businesses and will lead the company’s expansion strategy in these regions.

“Derik Mooberry brings a skill set that is almost unmatched in today’s gaming industry. With his demonstrated leadership and business acumen, we are confident that his addition will support the company's continued growth and success in the American and Canadian markets,” said Johnny Viveiros Ortiz, Founder of Zitro.

Mooberry has more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry and knowledge in business management, finance, business consulting, sales, marketing and product management. He spent 14 years at Bally Technologies, where he served as Senior Vice President of Gaming and Senior Vice President of Products and Operations.

Mooberry also served for six years as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming at Scientific Games.

He said he looks forward to his new role and the opportunity to be a part of the company’s continuing expansion in North America.

“I have admired Zitro’s global development for many years and I am excited about the opportunity to continue that growth within the United States and Canada. The future for Zitro is very bright based on the early success we are seeing in the domestic marketplace,” he said.

Mike Magrisi will continue to lead all commercial operations and technical service as Vice President of Sales and Service and will report directly to Mooberry.
