Academy Award, Golden Globe and 12-time Grammy Award-winning superstar Lady Gaga on Monday said she will return to Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas this spring.
Presented in partnership by MGM Resorts International and Live Nation, she will perform her “Lady Gaga Jazz & Piano” show over nine dates beginning Thursday, April 14.
The parties said the shows will celebrate her love of the Great American Songbook, in addition to her collaborative album with Tony Bennett, Love For Sale.
Lady Gaga has amassed 37m global album sales, 65bn streams and 410m in song consumption, making her one of the best-selling musicians of all time. Gaga also is one of the biggest living forces in social media with more than 55m likes on Facebook, 84m followers on Twitter and 51m followers on Instagram.
In 2008, Gaga released her first album The Fame, swiftly followed by The Fame Monster (2009). Gaga then went on to release Born This Way (2011), ArtPop (2013), her collaborative album with Tony Bennett Cheek to Cheek (2014), Joanne (2016) and A Star is Born (2018). In May 2020, Gaga released her sixth studio album, Chromatica, which features collaborations with Ariana Grande, Elton John and Blackpink.
Chromatica marked Gaga’s 6th consecutive No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart, making her the first female artist to do so over a 10-year period (2011-2020).
Gaga’s collaboration with Ariana Grande for “Rain On Me” marked the biggest Spotify debut of 2020, reaching No. 1 on the Global and US Spotify Charts upon release and peaking at No. 1 on the iTunes charts in 29 countries and No. 1 on the Apple Global Chart. It also set a record for the most single-day streams from an all-female collaboration in Spotify history.
Several pre-sale options are available for the April/May shows, starting with members of Lady Gaga’s Little Monsters fan community receiving access Feb. 1 to Feb. 3. With Citi/AAdvantage acting as the official pre-sale credit card of Lady Gaga's Dolby Live residency, Citi/AAdvantage cardmembers will have access to purchase pre-sale tickets Feb. 2 to Thursday, Feb. 3 through Citi Entertainment.
Members of MGM Rewards, MGM Resorts International’s loyalty rewards program launching February 1, will receive access to a pre-sale on Feb. 3 for 12 hours.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Feb. 4. The show will require fans to provide either proof of a negative Covid-19 test result within 72 hours of the event or full vaccination for entry.
Park MGM says it is the Las Vegas Strip’s first smoke-free resort. It features 2,700 guest rooms and suites in addition to NoMad Las Vegas’ 293 guest rooms and suites on the resort’s top four floors. Park MGM and NoMad Las Vegas are operated by MGM Resorts International.
