The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has accepted Oddin.gg’s submission of its gaming license application in accordance with the provisions of the Casino Control Act.
This will allow Oddin.gg to offer their esports betting solutions to operators throughout the state.
The DGE is responsible for approving sportsbook technology and regulating the operation of sports books in the state of New Jersey. The Garden State first allowed legalized online gambling in 2013 and its laws are among the least restrictive in the United States.
Oddin.gg is a provider of esports odds feeds, risk management and iFrame solutions. It delivers esports to a number of live markets.
“We have reached the first milestone in our US market strategy,” said Vlastimil Venclik, CEO of Oddin.gg. “We intend to penetrate the market swiftly and expertly, both directly as license holders as well as through the existing network of our partners. Legal esports betting has been growing in the US and we aspire to become a catalyst for exponential growth.”
Venclik also said Oddin.gg will rely on a member of the Nevada Gaming Control Board as it takes the next step.
“With the guidance of Becky Harris, Senior Advisor to the board and former Chairwoman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board, our vision is to become the thought leader for our licensed US partners.”
