Payment company JCM Global has expanded its footprint in the industry after installing its ICB Intelligent Cash Box system at Harrah’s Resort Southern California.
The payment technological system comes tried and tested, having already been installed in Harrah’s Northern California casino location. The ICB system improves operations, aids compliance, reduces instances of variance, and has been shown to reduce time spent on the drop process by up to 60%.
The technology is part of a suite of products which includes the iVIZION bill validator as well as the GEN5 Thermal Printer.
Every one of Harrah’s 1,500 slot machines will have the ICB technology installed.
Having seen it work at their other location, Jeff Hornung, the Assistant Director of Slot Operations at Harrah’s Resort Southern California, was upbeat at the prospect of the new technology getting installed.
He commented: “JCM’s ICB technology has had an immediate positive impact on our operations. Our expectations were exceeded in the implementation, rollout and ongoing support provided by the JCM team.
“The suite of reporting tools has been helpful in dealing with BV efficiencies, as well as having access to accurate validator firmware across the floor.”
Dave Kubajak, JCM Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations, was happy to see the partnership between his company and the casino deepen: “We have enjoyed long-term partnerships with Harrah’s and with Caesars Entertainment. We are excited that, with the ICB system, Harrah’s Resort Southern California can immediately begin to reap the benefits of its advanced features and reporting.”
JCM does not just tackle technological solutions in the gaming industry. Clients come from such diverse sectors as retail, banking, kiosk, transportation, and vending.
