Valentine will represent RSI as a brand ambassador for BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse.

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has signed former professional baseball manager and player Bobby Valentine in an exclusive brand and content deal. He will provide network and social media content for BetRivers.com and PlaySugarHouse.com and represent both as a brand ambassador.

Other responsibilities will include partaking in a weekly Major League Baseball video, as well as podcast, television and radio interviews.

Valentine is a former Major League Baseball player for the Los Angeles Dodgers, California Angeles, New York Mets, and Seattle Mariners. His managerial career includes the Texas Rangers, the New York Mets, the Boston Red Sox and the championship team he led for the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan.

He also has extensive experience as an analyst and announcer for ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball, NBC Sports, and as a regular contributor to MLB on Sirius. He spent eight years as the Executive Director of Athletics for Sacred Heart University and was a three-time All State football player in Connecticut.

"I'm excited to be joining the BetRivers team at an exciting moment in the evolution of sports betting," said Valentine. "This partnership will allow us to share my passion for competitive sports while at the same time providing valuable commentary to fans."

He also added that he's especially excited to be interacting with RSI's sports betting fans in his home state of Connecticut, where RSI launched retail and online sportsbooks in October 2021.

"We are thrilled to have Bobby Valentine, whose career spans six decades, join our BetRivers family of brand ambassadors," said  Richard Schwartz, CEO of RSI, which operates BetRivers.com and PlaySugarHouse.com. "His vast knowledge and valuable MLB insights will be a tremendous asset to our sports bettors."
