Hensel comes with expertise in the gaming regulatory space.

Play Globally, Inc. has announced the addition of Susan Hensel to its advisory board. She brings to the role 15 years of experience in the space of gaming regulation.

Play Globally specializes in free-to-play gaming innovations.

Hensel is a founding partner of Hensel Grad P.C., and the Global Gaming Business Magazine recognized her as one of the industry’s 25 People to Watch in 2022.

She has also served two terms as President of the International Association of Gaming Regulators.

In her role as the inaugural Director of Licensing for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, she played an integral part in creating what is the second largest gaming market in the US.

Play Globally is hoping to capitalize on this wealth of experience as it moves into the new year.

As group President and CEO, Stephen Dunham, commented: “Susan’s sterling reputation in the gaming industry, combined with her vast regulatory experience, fits perfectly with Play Globally’s growth plans.

“Having overseen the licensing of more than 100,000 gaming entities and individuals plus helping to develop many of the regulations, policies and gaming practices that exist today, Susan has played an important role in shaping the ever-expanding sports wagering and online gaming space.”

Hensel herself expressed optimism at the new role: “I am excited to join the advisory board of a truly innovative company that is reinventing the way people engage with sporting events. Not only is the company committed to developing a first-of-its-kind gaming experience, but they’re doing so with the highest levels of integrity.”

The appointment comes at an auspicious time for the San Diego-based company. It is looking forward to releasing its LuckyFans product in 2022. This will give participants the opportunity to win sweepstakes prizes on a number of sports and racing contests.
