Golden Nugget Online Gaming and the cross channel marketing and engagement platform, OtherLevels, have agreed an extension to the companies’ existing partnership. Per the terms of this agreement, Golden Nugget, with OtherLevels, will now enter West Virginia, expanding upon its existing presence in Michigan and New Jersey.
Through the utilization of OtherLevels' offering, Golden Nugget can deliver personalized messaging to players on its iGaming and sports betting platforms.

The two organizations first partnered in 2015; an agreement which has seen OtherLevels provide its marketing tools to Golden Nugget throughout the operator's launches in both Michigan and New Jersey. OtherLevels is a key part of Golden Nugget’s offering, allowing it to optimize its approach to player engagement.
OtherLevels employs a proprietary publishing and decisioning process to deliver real-time marketing to players on Golden Nugget platforms, with the hope of increasing engagement and play time. This publishing engine examines game data, current stats, odds, sportsbook data, wager types and customer data, in the hope of creating a pool of betting and gaming opportunities tailored to a player's game status.
