‘The Bedford’ will recreate her country farmhouse.

Martha Stewart has chosen Paris Las Vegas to be the site of the first restaurant in her lengthy career of teaching people how to entertain.

The global lifestyle icon on Wednesday said she will bring her famed country farmhouse in Bedford, New York, to life in the form of a fully-immersive restaurant concept that will be called “The Bedford by Martha Stewart.”

It is expected to open this spring, officials with Paris Las Vegas said.

The restaurant will have 194 seats, which Stewart said in a statement will create an intimate setting that will offer guests an authentic glimpse of how she lives and entertains in her own home.

Stewart, who is known for her functional and practical lifestyle, said she designed the décor to embrace a neutral color palette that acts as a backdrop to four seasons of color.

Chefs reportedly are developing seasonal dinner, weekend brunch and holiday menus that will feature quality and creativity. Stewart said signature menu items will be created from sourcing ingredients from various local purveyors and some of her personal favorites, including the Las Vegas Farmers Market, Dartagnan Inc., Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm, and Vermont Creamery, among others.

“Caesars Entertainment has been an extremely hardworking, professional and excellent partner to work with on the planning and building of the first-ever Martha Stewart restaurant,” Stewart said in a statement. “It will be in the Paris Las Vegas and will very accurately portray the important aesthetic and taste of the Martha Stewart Brand. Our menu will be delicious, depicting the very same kinds of foods I serve my friends and family. The architecture and decoration of the spaces cleverly exemplify the beauty and atmosphere you might find at my beautiful farm in Bedford, New York. Dining at The Bedford will be immersive, fun, unexpected, and utterly delectable.”

Jason Gregorec, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Paris Las Vegas, added: “Martha Stewart is one of the most celebrated voices in hospitality, and we are truly honored that she has chosen Paris Las Vegas as the home for her very first restaurant. Martha and her whole team have been incredible partners. When we open the doors, The Bedford by Martha Stewart will be a dining experience you simply can't get elsewhere.”

Paris Las Vegas has more than 2,900 guest rooms and suites, an 85,000-square-foot casino, a Caesars Race & Sportsbook, a two-acre pool, and a rooftop bar and grill. It already is home to restaurants from several celebrity chefs, including Bobby Flay, Gordon Ramsay and Guy Savoy.

Martha Stewart is the founder of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Her branded products can be found in more than 70m households and have a retail presence in thousands of locations.

Marquee Brands is a global brand owner and marketer owned by investor funds managed by Neuberger Berman. In 2019, Marquee Brands acquired the Martha Stewart brand, which reaches approximately 100m consumers across all media and merchandising platforms each month.
