The operator will utilize VizExplorer’s marketing solution to grow its influence in the region.

Mohegan Sun Pocono, a Pennsylvania-based casino property with access to New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware, has agreed a partnership with VizExplorer. Per the terms of the deal, Mohegan Sun will add VizExplorer’s campaignViz offering to the property’s marketing options.

This deal has been signed with the hope of increasing Pocono’s marketing presence in the increasingly competitive gaming market of the Northeastern United States.

CampaignViz is designed to simplify player segmentation and hopes to streamline campaign creation and analysis. Moreover, Mohegan Sun will aim to use the product to automate offer management and optimization, thus helping marketers increase efficiency and effectiveness.

"We look forward to seeing the financial impact of VizExplorer solutions as we implement these products across our brand," noted David Parfrey, Vice President of Marketing at Mohegan Sun Pocono on the agreement. "VizExplorer has fantastic tools to help us execute our strategy and their team really understands our business."

Mohegan Sun Pocono is owned and operated by the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut. It was acquired by the tribe in November 2005.

Featuring a 238-room hotel with a 20,000 square foot convention center, the property has approximately 50 table games, 1,800 slots, a nightclub and a number of restaurants.

"We are excited to add the 4th Mohegan Sun property to the VizExplorer family," added David Patent, CEO at VizExplorer. "We look forward to partnering with the Mohegan Sun Pocono team and enabling their team to advance their direct marketing capabilities."

Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment is currently licensed to operate in Connecticut, New Jersey, Nevada, Washington, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, as well as Northern Asia and Niagara Falls, Canada.
