Boyd, Caesars to host earnings calls in February

Operators will reveal Q4 and full-year 2021 results.

Boyd Gaming and Caesars Entertainment on Monday each said they will unveil their quarterly and calendar year financial results during investor calls next month.

Boyd Gaming said it will host a conference call to review the company’s fourth-quarter and full-year 2021 results on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 5 pm Eastern Time.

A conference call number is available for international callers, and the call will be available online.

Boyd said it will report its results on the same day, shortly after 4 pm Eastern.

A replay of the conference call will be available via phone or on the Boyd site beginning after the conclusion of the call and continuing through Thursday, February 10.

Separately, Caesars Entertainment said it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2021 after the market closes on Tuesday, February 22.

Caesars will host a conference call on February 22 at 5 pm Eastern Time, 2 pm Pacific Time, to discuss its results and other matters related to the company.

The Caesars call will be available for international callers, and will be accessible on the Investor Relations section of Caesars Entertainment’s website.

A recording of the live call will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Caesars website for 90 days after the event.

Boyd Gaming Corporation was founded in 1975. The company describes itself as a geographically diversified operator of 28 gaming entertainment properties in 10 states. Boyd also is a strategic partner and 5% equity owner of FanDuel Group, a sports-betting and iGaming operator.

Caesars Entertainment says it is the largest casino-entertainment company in the US and one of the world’s most diversified casino-entertainment providers. Since its beginning in Reno, Nevada, in 1937, Caesars has grown through development of new resorts, expansions and acquisitions. Caesars Entertainment resorts operate primarily under the Caesars, Harrah’s, Horseshoe and Eldorado brand names.
