BetMGM to serve as official gaming partner of National Lacrosse League

The National Lacrosse League (NLL) has agreed to make BetMGM its exclusive gaming partner in the first ever such deal for a US lacrosse league.
Roar Digital, a joint venture between MGM Resorts and GVC Holdings, will roll out the
BetMGM mobile product.
 
BetMGM will be given commercial visibility during NLL broadcasts.
 
The NLL includes 13 franchises across the US and Canada.
 
Last season the league saw ticket sales increase by 28% while digital viewership in total unit sales (up 151%).
 
MGM Resorts President of Interactive Gaming Scott Butera said: “Lacrosse is a fast-paced, high-scoring, growing sport that presents exciting sports betting opportunities. We are greatly impressed by the management and operations of the NLL as evidenced by its strong roster of team owners.”
 
The NLL ranks third globally for pro indoor sports attendance, trailing the NHLand
NBA.
 
The majority of its athletes hail from Canada.
 
NLL Commissioner Nick Sakiewicz said: “We are so proud to welcome BetMGM as yet another world-class brand to our family of national partners. The growth of our league as a sports and entertainment property and the amount of engagement we will be able to generate through this innovative partnership with MGM Resorts and Roar Digital will be very exciting and add tremendous value to avid, casual and new fans.”
