CEO, CFO will outline company’s business strategy.

International Game Technology PLC (IGT) on Tuesday said will host a virtual Investor Day on Tuesday, November 16, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

IGT said in a statement CEO Marco Sala, chief financial officer Max Chiara, and other members of the senior management team will present an in-depth review of the company’s business strategy, long-term growth prospects and capital allocation plans.

The event is scheduled to last for 3 hours, and will include Q&A sessions in which participants can engage with IGT’s leadership team.

A live webcast is available under "Events Calendar" on IGT’s Investor Relations website. The company said registration for the event is required and can be completed in advance. A replay will be available on the website following the call.

The virtual Investor Day will come one week after IGT hosts a conference call and live webcast to discuss its third quarter 2021 results, for the period ending September 30, on Tuesday, November 9.

IGT released its Q2 results on August 3. The company said its Q2 consolidated revenue was $1bn, up 74% from the same quarter the prior year, while operating income was $244m, compared to an operating loss of $72m in Q2 2020.

The company reported a net loss of $39m in Q2 2021, versus a net loss of $268m in the prior-year period, an improvement it said was driven primarily by a “significant” increase in revenue.

In August, IGT said it expected second half 2021 revenue and operating income from continuing operations of $2bn and $300m, respectfully, which it said would be “meaningfully higher than prior year.”

IGT is a maker of gaming experiences for players across all channels and regulated segments, from gaming machines and lotteries to sports betting and digital. It has established a local presence and relationships with governments and regulators in more than 100 countries around the world, and has approximately 11,000 employees.
