The Rivers Casinos in Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania on Wednesday heralded the coming arrival of Larry the Cable Guy and Ed Bassmaster in the next few weeks.
Larry the Cable Guy is a multiplatinum recording artist, Grammy nominee, and one of the best known comedians in the country thanks to numerous tours both as a solo comic and part of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. He has his own line of merchandise and continues to sell out theaters and arenas across the United States.
Larry has won several Billboard awards, including 2005 Comedy Artist of the Year and Comedy Album of the Year, as well as 2006’s Top Comedy Tour award. He is a bestselling author, and his book "Git-R-Done" (2005) debuted at No. 26 on the New York Times bestseller list. Larry was named to Forbes Celebrity 100 list in 2006, 2007, 2011 and 2012, which lists the hottest and most successful people in the entertainment industry.
He also created "The Git-R-Done Foundation," which was named after his signature catchphrase, and has donated more than $7 million to various charities.
The Event Center at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh will welcome Larry on Saturday, October 23, at 7 p.m.

Philly Prankster coming to Rivers Casino Philadelphia
YouTube and TV prankster Ed Bassmaster returns to his hometown to entertain with his characters at Rivers Casino Philadelphia.
Ed Bassmaster is the stage name of Edwin Rodriguez, who was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. The former standup comic rose to fame on YouTube, where he gained millions of followers. Bassmaster’s success was turned into the reality-TV series “The Ed Bassmaster Show” that aired on CMT.
Bassmaster’s YouTube channel runs comedy videos in which, as various characters, he pranks people or puts people into awkward situations. Skippy, Ronnie and Chip Diamond are just some of the familiar faces likely to question, “Would you just look at that?” when he performs in The Event Center on Friday, November 5, at 8 p.m.
