Penn National to undergo executive management reorganization

Penn National has announced a reorganization of its executive management team, which is set to coincide with a change of company leadership at the start of next year.
ith current CEO Timothy Wilmott set to retire at the end of 2019, Penn National is in a state of transition as Jay Snowden prepares to take on the role of CEO.
 
Snowden has served as COO of Penn National since 2014.
 
Todd George will be promoted to EVP, Operations and Chris Rogers will see his title changed to SVP, Chief Strategy Officer.
 
George has been with Penn National for seven years, previously serving as GM of two
Hollywood Casinos before being promoted in 2017 to his current role as SVP, Regional
Operations.
 
Rogers came to the company in August 2013 as VP, Deputy General Counsel. This February, he was promoted to SVP, Corporate Development.
 
Snowden said: “Both Todd and Chris have quickly risen the management ranks at Penn National and their new roles reflect the trust and confidence I have in them serving as integral members of my newly restructured executive management team.”
 
Wilmott is in the final weeks of his tenure as CEO, which began in November 2013.
 
He is also stepping down as the chairman of the American Gaming Association.
