White Hat Gaming agrees to platform partnership with Penn National

White Hat Gaming has agreed to a long-term platform partnership with Penn National Gaming.
The deal makes White Hat the player account management (PAM) partner for Penn National as the latter continues to expand its US presence.
Penn National and White Hat are expected to launch the incorporated project in Q3 2020.
White Hat provides end-to-end operations services and casino solutions as part of its platform.
The Malta-based company integrates third-party content providers including Kambi’s
sportsbook.
White Hat CEO Phil Gelvan said: “It is an honor to be working with an organization of the size and reputation of Penn National Gaming. We look forward to partnering with them to build one of the leading businesses in American sports betting and online casino.”
Penn National owns or operates more than 40 gaming and racing facilities in 19 jurisdictions across North America.
Among the properties managed by Penn National are M Resort in Las Vegas and more than a dozen Hollywood Casinos.
Penn National’s online gaming wing has also picked up steam following the launch of mobile sports betting and poker in Pennsylvania.
