Mandi Hart moves from role as SVP client success.

Sightline Payments, the payments technology provider that enables two-way cashless transactions for all casino gaming offerings, announced it has appointed Mandi Hart as chief client solutions officer.

Hart is in her 10th year at Sightline and with the move, she is promoted from her role as senior vice president of client success. She will now lead Sightline’s rollout of new cashless gaming solutions for both digital and land-based casino and sports betting markets, as well as lead client relationship management among its over 70 national partners.

Hart has 20 years of operations experience in the gaming payments industry and before Sightline, she was associate vice president of gaming business development at FIS.

“Over the past decade, Mandi has played an integral role in driving the overall success of Sightline’s business,” said Joe Pappano, Sightline Co-CEO. “Mandi is the perfect person to help our clients execute the casino gaming industry’s digital transformation as we continue to accelerate Sightline’s growth. Reflecting back on Sightline’s incredible success over the past year, I know we would not be where we are without our immensely talented female leaders like Mandi.”

Over half of the company’s leadership team is now female including chief legal officer Jennifer Carleton, CMO Muriel Lotto and CPO Katrina Sevier.

“I’m excited to serve in this new role to help deploy our solutions and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our partners to further their businesses as Sightline further extends its products to help drive digital payments solutions in the digital and land-based casino industries,” said Hart. “Over my nine years, I’ve seen Sightline grow tremendously, but I am most proud of the efforts we have placed on ensuring diversity within our leadership. I look forward to joining three other incredible women as C-suite leaders of Sightline and working to continue this momentum across the industry.”
