Kindred Group's sports betting brand Unibet has agreed to a deal with the NBA to make it an authorized sports betting operator of the league.
Unibet will have access to NBA official betting data to use across its digital platforms.

The partnership gives Sweden-based Kindred another source of leverage in the US market.
Kindred US SVP Manuel Stan said: “We are very proud to team with the NBA. This will add
further customer value to an already first-class betting experience thanks to official NBA betting data and league marks across our mobile and retail platforms.”

Earlier this month, Unibet launched its online casino and sportsbook in Pennsylvania after
opening a retail sportsbook at Mohegan Sun Pocono in September.

In late October, Unibet became the official casino partner of the Philadelphia Eagles.

The brand made its US launch in September by opening an online sportsbook at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City.

For the NBA, the partnership with Unibet marks its latest step towards embracing sports
wagering.

The league has entered sports betting partnerships with operator heavyweights William Hill, DraftKings and FanDuel in the last year.
