The company’s official sports betting app is now live across the Centennial State.

Tipico, an international sports betting operator, has today announced the launch of its platform throughout the state of Colorado. This news comes as the Colorado Division of Gaming confirmed its approval of the Tipico sportsbook mobile app.

The launch marks Tipico’s next step in its plan to rapidly expand throughout the United States after launching in New Jersey in December. Expansion into Colorado is facilitated by an agreement with Century Casinos, who supported the sportsbook license application.

“We are thrilled to announce Tipico’s continued growth within the United States,” said Adrian Vella, CEO, Tipico US.

“We look forward to continuing to grow our U.S. footprint with exciting announcements in the pipeline that will change the game for avid sports fans and bettors. This is an exciting moment for Tipico as we continue to add exciting new features for US.

“Captivating users and elevating their betting experience is at the core of Tipico’s development and growth plan, and we’re proud of the capabilities that our app and our proprietary technology stack offers.”

Along with plans to grow throughout the United States, Tipico has also agreed a partnership with Gannett Co. to become USA Today’s exclusive sports betting and iGaming provider.

“Century Casinos is thrilled to welcome Tipico Sportsbook to Colorado, and we're honored to partner with them to introduce Colorado's legendary sports faithful to their new home for sports betting action,” said Erwin Haitzmann and Peter Hoetzinger, co chief executive officers of Century Casinos.

“Tipico is a seasoned global operator with a track record of delivering reliable, high-quality products, which pairs perfectly with the casino experience we offer Colorado players.”

Founded in 2004, Tipico originally launched in Europe.  In the United States, the sportsbook is regulated by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and has established US operations and business headquarters in Hoboken, New Jersey.
