Deal will also see Boom provide Golden Nugget with a license to operate in Ohio.

Boom Entertainment has today announced an agreement with Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) to give the operator full access to its content offering. The deal will give GNOC the opportunity to use Boom’s casino game library, remote gaming server and its sports betting games.

Furthermore, GNOG  will gain market access to Ohio via Boom’s license. Boom will also develop exclusive games for the operator.

"We are thrilled to enter this long-term relationship with Boom," said Thomas Winter, president of GNOG.

"Boom's team has an impressive track record in the gaming industry, and we believe this partnership will help GNOG continue to differentiate itself in the market with a premier, unrivaled gaming product."

The New-York based company’s entire remote gaming server will be integrated into the Golden Nugget platform. From GNOG’s perspective, the operator will make a minority investment into Boom Entertainment.

"We are excited to work with an incredible operator in Golden Nugget," added Stephen A. Murphy, CEO of Boom. "Boom's mission is to fuel the biggest winners in sports betting and casino gaming, whether they are operators, leagues, retail establishments, or media companies. We are excited to add our mark to Golden Nugget's award-winning product."

Since its founding Boom Entertainment, once known as Boom Sports, has been used by over three million North Americans and has developed products for companies such as NBC Sports. It will launch its RGS and first wave of real-money casino games for casino operators in the coming months.
