Hall of Famer will make several guest appearances and become a spokesman for the property.

Former NFL and Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Ron “Jaws” Jaworski has agreed a deal to become an official partner of Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. The agreement will see the quarterback take part in a number of guest appearances for the property, as well as take on the official role of spokesman for the casino.

Jaworski will also join with the property to pursue charity work and community outreach.

"Since Live! opened earlier this year, I've continued to be impressed not only by the beautiful facility they've created, but by their passion and commitment to the City of Philadelphia," said Jaworski. "They take a family and community approach to everything they do, which matches my own values and commitments in business, so I'm thrilled to be part of the Live! team."

The Hall of Famer has previously worked with other gaming and sports properties, including in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with the RiverWinds Golf & Tennis Club, Valleybrook Country Club, Ramblewood Country Club, Blue Heron Pines Golf Club, Running Deer Golf Club, Downingtown Country Club, and Honey Run Golf Club.

"Ron Jaworski is a Philadelphia legend, and we are honored to officially welcome him as part of the Live! family," added Joe Billhimer, executive vice president, Cordish Gaming Group.

"Jaws has been an active supporter of Live! Philadelphia since the very beginning, so we are excited to further our relationship with him through this partnership."

Jaworski’s first activity in his role will be a radio and TV commercial recording for PlayLive.com, the properties online offering in Pennsylvania.

The Live! Casino & Hotel is owned by the Cordish Company, and features a FanDuel-operated sportsbook, 200 hotel rooms, 2,100 slots and 150 live table games.
