The NFL's Oakland Raiders agreed a 10-year deal with M Resort that will make the casino the headquarters hotel of the franchise once the team moves to Las Vegas next year.
The Henderson resort will serve as a team meeting place the night before home games.
The Raiders are in the process of building a team facility three miles from the resort.
After playing the last 24 seasons in Oakland, the franchise is moving to Las Vegas this offseason.
It will play in the $1.9bn Allegiant Stadium near the Strip.
The stadium is expected to draw 450,000 visitors annually and provide economic output of
$620m.
The casino has 390 rooms and will soon hold a team store selling Raiders merchandise. A new
Raiders-themed bar and grill is also in development.
M Resort General Manager Hussain Mahrous said: “The NFL is a transcendent brand. It is
America’s pastime now. There are a handful of brands in the NFL that transcend even that, and I think we can count those teams on one or two hands and the Raiders are one of those teams.”
