Developer of integrated entertainment resorts, Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE) has this week announced a number of new appointments to its corporate human resources team.
Kim Cowan (left) and Naketrice Snow take on the roles of vice president of talent management and director of corporate employee and guest experience, respectively.
Both will lead the company’s human resources strategy across the brand’s properties.
Kim Cowan has previously served as the principal for KWConsulting and was VP, human resources for Prudential Financial for eight years. Her role at MGE will see her responsible for leading the growing organizational capability of the company through talent sourcing and recruitment, new hire on-boarding and cultural immersion. She will also take charge of learning and performance management, leadership effectiveness and diversity and inclusion. Cowan will report to chief human resources officer Patricia Smith.
Snow has recently held the role of director of catering and senior event manager for Waldorf Astoria Orlando & Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, and will be responsible for defining, creating and measuring the MGE strategic vision across the global enterprise for the employee and guest experience.

MGE has resorts located throughout the United States, including in Connecticut, New Jersey, Washington, Nevada and Pennsylvania.
